Cover Supervisor Closing Date: 2nd December 2008 Salary: Scale 2 (Pts 12-13) from £12,717 p.a. Vacancy Outline Description: Permanent. 37 hours per week . Term time plus training days. An opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join this co-educational school in the attractive Old Town area of Swindon from January 2009. We are an oversubscribed, forward looking Performing Arts school, which seeks to provide a high level of support and professional development for all staff. Working within a team of Cover Supervisors you will supervise classes when a teacher is absent, assist with exam invigilation, accompany staff on school trips and complete administrative tasks where appropriate. You will need to be well organised, self confident, and smartly dressed with good communication skills. A training programme will be provided for this very interesting and varied role. The post is permanent and will be 37 hours per week, term time & training days only. Salary is at Scale 2, from £12,716.94 to £13,413.15 p.a. (pay award pending).
